Last night after all the talking/typing about working out and getting started and loosing weight I had the urge to work out! Yes, I know! I actually wanted to work out! I've never had that before! So... I listened to my body say " Hey Fatty! Get off your butt and work out!" So I did. I did a 30 minute work out from THE BIGGEST LOSER 2 workout video. I loved it! I thought when I set this goal of mine I would hate it and I would have to fight myself to get it done. I think the only thing I'm going to need to fight is the pain.
I tore 2 ligaments in my left knee in high school and they never healed right. So after last night my knee is swollen and bruised. Looks like I'm going to be wearing my knee brace a lot over the next year!
Tuesday I will be at it again!
