Slacking... AGAIN!

Its been a really long time since I've updated this blog. I was playing on the computer and checked my other blog, and decided to update this one. I know no one really reads it, but it helps me keep up a little on what I'm doing and the progress I'm making.

I know I still have a long way to go before I reach my goal of being 170 by my birthday AUGUST 19, but I have lost 35 lbs and for the first time since I got pregnant with Ammelia way less than LEVON! YEAH! That is such a big thing for me!

I'm really excited to loose all of this stupid weight, but even with the 35 I have lost I feel so much better. I have a ton more motivation than I did before. I actually hate being in the house doing nothing where as before I could do it all day! I know I was horrible! So I'm making a goal of going on a walk for 30 minutes a day for a month. I'm going to be starting this goal after Sloan's birthday party on the 21. So starting the 23 I'm going to walk for 30 minutes a day every day. I know it will help me loose the weight and just be all around healthier.

I'm also excited because we are going on a cruise December 9th! It is a 7 day cruise to Mexico. Thanks to Cheryl and Rodger! It is our Christmas present. They are doing this cruise instead of Christmas presents. So I'm hoping by the cruise I will be able to buy some really cute clothes, swimsuits, and dresses for the 2 formal nights!

Yeah! I'm very excited about my new goals and my recent accomplishments.

SURPRISE!

Last night after all the talking/typing about working out and getting started and loosing weight I had the urge to work out! Yes, I know! I actually wanted to work out! I've never had that before! So... I listened to my body say " Hey Fatty! Get off your butt and work out!" So I did. I did a 30 minute work out from THE BIGGEST LOSER 2 workout video. I loved it! I thought when I set this goal of mine I would hate it and I would have to fight myself to get it done. I think the only thing I'm going to need to fight is the pain. 

I tore 2 ligaments in my left knee in high school and they never healed right. So after last night my knee is swollen and bruised. Looks like I'm going to be wearing my knee brace a lot over the next year!

Tuesday I will be at it again!

I'm a slacker! NO MORE!

The last while has been CRAZY! But hopefully with Ammelia starting school things wont be as crazy with being out of town and having people in town.

Since the last post I have lost weight though! I have not been exercising yet, but I have been eating healthier!

Its really hard for me to put my sizes on here, but here I go. When I got pregnant with Sloan I was a size 24... HUGE I know! Now... exactly 4 months later (tomorrow) I am down to a size 20.

My thoughts on this are if I can loose weight while not exercising imagine what can happen if I DID! Wow! Crazy huh?! I am fitting into things that I haven't fit into in 3 YEARS! Yeah I said 3 YEARS!

I'm getting very motivated to exercise more and more everyday I just haven't yet. We are leaving town tomorrow and will be back Monday. So Tuesday morning it starts...

Hopefully then I will be posting EVERYDAY what I am eating and what exercise I did that day. Sunday's will be my day off!

I'm very excited and very nervous at the same time! I'm going to have a lot of struggles with my knees, but hopefully I can work through the pain.

Day 1

Weight- 265 lbs

Goal Weight- 165lbs

According to a BMI calculator my BMI is 40%! Also According to a BMI calculator my ideal weight is about 143! That to me sounds crazy!

My goal: To be back at my pre-baby weight by my birthday 2012! Which means I need to lose 100 lbs!

That is a LOT of weight to lose! But I know I can do it!

I need to lose between 8-10 pounds a month for me to hit my goal!


No Soda! Or Carbonation!
Work out 30 minutes a day!
Drink LOTS of water!






I CAN DO THIS!
